Mini Cupcakes

  • A recipe that results in two cake layers will yield @60 mini cupcakes.
  • Fill the papers with about 2 Tbls. of batter.
  • Bake 350 for 10-15 min.

 

  • It's easiest to frost minis using a pastry bag, or a resealable sandwich bag with the corner cut off.
  • You don't have to be fancy with your decorations. Your cupcake toppers can be flags with your theme/sticker on the tag.
  • Add a sucker-stick and place in the side of a cupcake, da-da, you have a rattle. Add a gumdrop at the stick's base for added flare.
  • Gather your minis together to create a eye-popping creation. Use your imagination.
