Mr. Rabbit has a habit

That is very cute to see.

He wrinkles up, and crinkles up

His little nose to me.

I like my little rabbit,

And I like his little brother.

And we have a lot of fun

Making faces at each other.

5 little rabbits under a log,

This one said, “SH! I hear a dog!”

This one said, “I see a man!”

This one said, “Run while you can!”

This one said, “I’m not afraid!”

This one said, “Let’s hide in the shade!”

The man & his dog went hurrying by,

And all five little rabbits gave a great sigh.

5 Little rabbits hopping down the road,

The 1st one said,  “This Spring is still so cold!”

The 2nd one said,  “But look I see some tulips growing.”

The 3rd one said,  “Oh, how hard the wind is blowing!”

The 4th one said,  “I feel some rain, we’d better run.”

The 5th one said,  “We won’t let weather spoil our fun!”

Once I saw a bunny,

And a green, green cabbage head.

“I think I’ll have some cabbage,”

The little bunny said.

So he nibbled and he nibbled,

Then he pricked his ears to say,

Now, I think it’s time

I should be hopping on my way.

Here’s a bunny

With ears so funny.

And here is a hole in the ground.

When a noise he hears,

He picks up his ears,

And hop, he goes into the ground!

Robbie Rabbit was fat, fat, fat.

And his soft little paws

Went pat, pat, pat.

And his big tall ears

Went flip, flop, flop,

And away he ran

With a hip, hip, hop!

See the little rabbit, with his big, long ears.

He stands so very still--but I'm sure he hears.

I say little rabbit, stop, stop, STOP!

Bit away he runs, hop, hop, hop!

The bunnies all sleep soundly,

Beneath the moon’s bright ray;

They nod their heads together,

And dream the night away.

Did you ever see a bunny, a bunny, a bunny,

Did you ever see a bunny munching his lunch?

He munches, and crunches, and munches and crunches.

Did you ever see a bunny munching his lunch?

Did you ever see a bunny, a bunny, a bunny,

Did you ever see a bunny flap his big ears?

He wiggles, and giggles, and wiggles, and giggles.

Did you ever see a bunny wiggle his nose?

Did you ever see bunny wiggle his nose.

Did you ever see a bunny, a bunny, a bunny,

He flips them and flaps them, and flips them and flaps them.

Did you ever see a bunny flap his big ears.

Did you ever see a bunny, a bunny, a bunny,

Did you ever see a bunny hop down the lane?

He hips and hops, and he hips and he hops.

Did you ever see a bunny hop down the lane?

MORE PIGGYBACK SONGS

A chubby little snowman,

Had a carrot for a nose.

Along came a rabbit,

And what do you suppose?

That hungry little rabbit,

Was looking for his lunch.

He ate the snowman’s nose,

With a nibble, nibble, crunch!

Here is a nest for a robin,     (cup hands)

Here is a hive for a bee,        (fold hands)

Here is a hole for a bunny,    (open circle)

And here is a house for me.  (arms form roof over head)
