Auto, auto, may I have a ride?

Yes, sir. Yes, sir—step right inside.

Pour in the water,

Turn on the gas.

Chug-away, chug-away—

But not too fast.

I have a car/truck made out of tin,

Nobody knows what shape's its in.

It has four wheels and a rumble/holds 2 seat(s)

Hear us coming down the street.

Shake-shake, rattle-rattle, CRASH, beep-beep,

Shake-shake, rattle-rattle, CRASH, beep-beep!

I'm a windshield wiper,

This is how I go:

Back'n'forth,

Back'n'forth,

In the rain and snow.

Windshield wiper, windshield wiper,

What did you do today?

Slip-slap, slip-slap,

I wiped the rain away.

Let's drive our auto down the street

Always looking straight ahead.

We'll have to stop when the light turns RED.

Waiting, watching, through the windshield clean.

We can go now, the light's turned GREEN.

5 Little cars, driving right along.

Honk-honk, beep-beep, do you hear their song?

Look little Sally was waving from her door,

Oh no, a flat-tire, now there are 4.

4 Little cars...

4 Little cars...Look out for the tree!

Oh no, an accident, now there are 3.

3 Little cars...

3 Little cars looking shiny and new,

Oh no, out of gas, now there are 2.

2 Little cars...

2 Little cars driving in the sun.

Oh no, sunglare, CRASH!, now there is 1.

1 Little car...

1 Little car needs a place to park.

You have to turn the headlights on, when it gets dark.

I have a little bicycle           (hold hands together for little)
I ride it to and fro               (rolls hands)
And when I see that big green light
I know it’s time to go!        (pedal in air fast)
I have a little bicycle           (hold hands together for little)
I took it to the shop           (rolls hands)
And when I see that big red light
I know it’s time to STOP!    (freeze)
