Children's Film Festival

MISSION: To provide an educational forum for accessible, appropriate high quality films and other visual media for children.

The festival is scheduled in April, Month of the Young Child.


2012: 12 Shorts: Scenes from our Favorite Children's Library Books; The Lost Thing; Western Spaghetti; Fireworks; Change; Narcissus/Minuscule; Splat the Cat; The Pigeon Finds a Hog Dog; Amazing Grace; Leo the Late Bloomer; Max's Words; and The Dot. (Splat the Cat by Rob Scotton is the book to be distributed.) For activities, see:

2011: 12 Shorts: Children of Color; Electric Car; Yellow Balloon; Caution: Doors are Opening; The Music Box; The Plant; Bugs, Bugs, Bugs; Spoon; The Limitless Boxes; Jillian Dillon; Why Does the Sun Shine; and Love Bug. (Bugs, Bugs, Bugs was the book distributed.)
